How to schedule a learning reminder
To schedule a learning reminder while accessing your Udemy account on a browser:
1. Log into your Udemy account and navigate to My learning > Learning tools.
2. Click + Add a learning reminder.
3. Follow the prompts on screen to complete these fields:

- (Optional) Name: Enter a custom name for your reminder.
- (Optional) Attach content: Select a course to relate your reminder to.
Step 2 of 3
- (Required) Frequency: Select from Daily, Weekly, or Once.
- If you selected Weekly, choose your desired day(s) in the Day field.
- If you selected Once, set the date for your reminder in the Date field.
- (Required) Time: Set the time you want to receive your reminder.
Step 3 of 3
(Optional) Add to calendar: Select Google, Apple, or Outlook and follow the instructions on screen to add the reminder to your calendar.
4. Click Done to save your reminder.
How to view, edit, or cancel a learning reminder
Once your reminders have been created, they’ll be listed on the Learning tools page.
To edit, delete, or download your reminder to your calendar again, click on the three dots in the top right corner of each reminder and select from the options.
How to schedule learning reminders for labs
You can also schedule learning reminders for any labs you’re taking.

To schedule a learning reminder for a lab, follow the steps below:
1. After selecting a specific lab, click Schedule learning.
2. Follow the instructions to schedule a learning reminder and add it to your calendar.
