Each Udemy account includes a Purchase History, where you can quickly access receipts for the courses you've bought, and review your purchase history or refunds.
Accessing Your Receipts
Once you've logged into your account at Udemy.com, then please follow the steps below to access your Purchase History, and get a copy of your receipt.
- Click on your account picture at the top right hand of the page, to the right of My Courses
- A dropdown menu will appear. Next click on Purchase History near the bottom of the list
- Click on Receipt to the right of the course you would like a receipt for
The receipt includes the transaction date, invoice number, and the title of the course you purchased. If you're in a country that requires VAT, then information regarding Udemy's VAT ID, the net amount, tax amount, and total paid will be reflected.
If you need to print a copy of your receipt, then you can do so by clicking on print in the File tab of your browser. You can also save your receipt as a PDF file via the print options.
In the Purchase History you can also review any refunds you've requested. Refunds you received will be posted below near the bottom of the page.
Please note that only paid purchases will be included in your Purchase History. Free courses you've enrolled in will not be shown.
