- For example, if the card account holder’s name reads John R. Doe, then John R. Doe must be entered, as shown below.
2. Security code should be entered exactly as appears on the card
3. Expiry date should be valid at the time of purchase.
4. Zip code or postal code: If you see an error, please contact your bank to ensure they have the right one on file.
