What’s the difference between a Udemy Pro subscription and a regular Udemy Marketplace course?
Udemy Pro is a guided learning experience designed specifically to help students accomplish their IT certification goals. When subscribed to Udemy Pro, you will have unlimited access to the subscription’s content as long as you are paying for a monthly subscription. With a regular Udemy Marketplace course, you obtain lifetime access to that course alone after enrolling in it.
Which IT certification topic areas are available?
Currently, there is subscription content available for many different types of IT certification topics. Some of these topic areas include:

I’m currently enrolled in Udemy Pro. Will I continue to have access to the subscription content? Even though it’s no longer open for new enrollments?
As noted above, the Udemy Pro subscription offering is no longer open for new enrollments. Learners who are already enrolled in Udemy Pro, however, will have unlimited access to the subscription content as long as you have an active Udemy Pro subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions' page.

Does the subscription program come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee?
Since Udemy Pro is a subscription product, it does not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. Students who are enrolled in a subscription via a free trial, can cancel at any time, however, without being charged.
Depending on where you're located, you may be entitled to a refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your account. Learn more about exceptions for subscription refunds, when required by law.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible students can try the Udemy Pro subscription via the free trial to determine if it’s a good fit for their learning needs. The duration of your free trial, when it ends, and how much your monthly subscription fee will be is posted on your Subscription’s page.
You may cancel at any time during your free trial without being charged. Learn how to manage your Udemy subscription.
After the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert to the applicable, monthly subscription fee (plus applicable transaction taxes).
- Please note that the free trial option is not available in certain jurisdictions, and as a result, not all learners will have access to the free trial option.
How and when will I be billed?
Once your free trial converts to a monthly subscription, your first payment will be prorated for the remainder of the month (for example, if billing starts on the 15th of the month you will be charged for the 15th through the 30th). The following months will be billed on the first day of the month.

Why can’t I see the option to enroll in Udemy Pro?
Currently Udemy Pro is an early release product, which is not available to all students at this time. But, rest assured we are working to gradually make the subscription available to more students. Please continue to visit the site to discover new courses and products!
Canceling your subscription
How can I cancel my free trial before being charged?
Students enrolled in a free trial can cancel at any time without being charged. To cancel, log into your Udemy account, visit the Subscription tab in your student profile, and click “Cancel trial”.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can visit the aforementioned Subscription tab in your student profile to manage or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions’ page.
Course taking questions
Can I take my Udemy Pro courses on the Udemy mobile app?
At this time, the Udemy Pro learning experience is not accessible on the Udemy mobile app. You can, however, access it via a browser on your mobile device at Udemy.com (in addition to your desktop or laptop).
Where can I access the practice tests?
You can access the practice tests for your Udemy Pro subscription by clicking on the course dropdown menu icon, which appears right above the course player on the left-hand side.
