How the Udemy and Coursera combination will impact Udemy learners

Today, there are no changes to your experience on Udemy.
Over time, we plan to provide access to more courses and personalized, AI-powered learning experiences to help you build the right skills for your career.

How can I stay informed about future updates?
You can adjust your email communication preferences to stay informed of future updates.
To sign up for email updates:
- Go to your Account settings.
- Go to Notification Preferences.
- Turn on ‘Updates and offerings’ and ‘Your learning.’
- Click Save.
Will there be any subscription or pricing changes on Udemy?
As of today, there are no changes to subscriptions or pricing on Udemy.
Will I still have access to my courses, content, and subscription on Udemy?
Yes. You’ll continue to have access to:
- Any courses (or other learning content) that you’ve enrolled in
- Any certificates you’ve earned
- Your active subscriptions
Will I get access to Coursera content if I have a subscription on Udemy?
Not yet. Coursera and Udemy will continue to operate as separate platforms for now. If you're interested in subscribing to Coursera, visit https://www.coursera.org/courseraplus.

Will the courses or content on Udemy change?
No. There are no changes to the content on Udemy today, and we’ll continue to expand our catalog to deliver learning content that helps you build the latest career-relevant skills.
What happens to my data and privacy?
We remain committed to data privacy and security. We continue to follow our Privacy Policy and safeguards to keep your information secure.
Will my account or login change?
No. Your Udemy account and login information remain the same.
Will anything happen to my Certificates or account history?
No. You will continue to have access to the Certificates you’ve earned, as well as your course progress and achievements.
I have both a Udemy and a Coursera account. Can I merge them?
Not at this time. Udemy and Coursera accounts, as well as the platforms, will continue to operate separately for now.
You can keep using both accounts as you do today. If we introduce ways to connect or merge accounts in the future, we’ll share details and make the process simple and secure.
What happens to my lifetime Marketplace course access?
You will continue to have lifetime access to any marketplace courses you've purchased or free courses you've enrolled in, subject to our Terms of Use. There are no current plans to change this lifetime access policy.
How does this affect my organization’s learning program?
If you’re part of an organization’s learning program, your program is not affected today and you still have access to the same learning content.
