This article outlines how students can change or manage their subscription settings after they’ve enrolled in one of our subscription offerings. The subscription settings for any Udemy subscription can quickly be accessed via the Subscriptions page.

How to access the Subscriptions page via Udemy.com
You can view your subscription information, and manage its settings, by navigating to your Subscription page. If you’re accessing your account via Udemy.com on a browser, the Subscriptions page can be accessed from the drop-down menu at the top right-hand of your screen.
Accessing your Subscriptions page via the Udemy mobile app
Depending on your account or device, you will see a Subscriptions or Manage subscription in your account settings.
To access the page on the mobile app, tap Account at the bottom of your screen and then tap Subscriptions or Manage subscription.
Managing subscriptions enrolled in via Udemy.com
This section outlines how you can review and manage your subscription if you enrolled in the subscription via Udemy.com.
At the Subscriptions page you can review which subscriptions you’re currently enrolled in, the next payment date and the total charge you will be billed. You can also see which payment method will be charged, and access your Payment history.
Updating your payment method
If you enrolled in the subscription via Udemy.com and need to update the payment method for it, click Update in the Payment method section, enter the applicable information and click Save
How to cancel your subscription
If you decide the subscription isn’t the right fit for your learning needs, you can cancel your enrollment at any time by clicking Cancel subscription. If you have any questions about your subscription, or if there's anything we can help you with before you cancel it, please contact Udemy Support.
If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.
How to cancel your free trial before being charged
If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged. Navigate to the applicable subscription on your Subscription page and click Cancel trial. The duration of your free trial, and when it ends, is also posted on that page.
Managing subscriptions enrolled in via the Udemy mobile app
If you enrolled in the subscription via the Udemy mobile app (iOS or Android), this section outlines how you can review and manage your subscription. As noted above, depending on your account or device, you will see a Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions in your account settings.
At the Subscriptions page you can review which subscriptions you’re currently enrolled in, the next payment date, and the total charge you will be billed. If applicable, you will also see when your free trial is set to end.
How to cancel your subscription: If you decide the subscription isn’t right for your learning needs and you wish to cancel, tap Manage subscriptions. You will be directed to the applicable settings to cancel your subscription in your iOS (Apple) or Android (Google Play) device.
Please note: Since payments for subscription enrollments through the iOS and Android mobile apps are processed by Apple and Google Play and not Udemy, we are unable to cancel the subscription on your behalf or update the payment method for it. Please contact Apple and Google Play directly if you encounter any issues attempting to manage the subscription settings for these in-app purchases.
