Can I get a refund for my Personal Plan?
Udemy’s subscription plans purchased through Udemy.com do not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law (see below). If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged.
Depending on where you're located, you may be entitled to a refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your account. Learn more.
Payments for subscription enrollments through the iOS and Android mobile apps are processed through Apple and Google Play and not Udemy. Accordingly, we are unable to process refund requests for these in-app purchases or answer questions regarding the refund policies of Apple and Google Play. Please contact Apple and Google Play directly regarding refund inquiries for these in-app purchases.

Please note:
- The free trial option is not available in certain jurisdictions, and as a result, not all learners will have access to the free trial option.
- The free trial is only available to new subscribers. If you have previously accessed the Personal Plan, either through a free trial or paid subscription, for either the monthly or annual option, then you do not qualify.
Will I be billed during my free trial?

Can I switch from a monthly to an annual Personal Plan, or vice versa?
No. Currently, it is not possible to switch from a monthly to an annual Personal Plan subscription, or vice-versa, while your current subscription is active.
If you wish to enroll in a different Personal Plan option, you will need to cancel your subscription (please see above), wait for the current subscription to expire, and then purchase the Personal Plan with the desired term length.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you decide the subscription isn’t the right fit for your learning needs, you can cancel your enrollment at any time. You will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.
