How to connect with Udemy Support
To begin the process of connecting with Udemy Support, simply click on the “Contact Us” button that appears on any Help Center article.
If you’re on a laptop or desktop while viewing the Help Center, “Contact Us” appears on the right-side of any article, including this one.
If you’re viewing the Help Center on a mobile browser, “Contact Us” appears at the bottom of the article.
Please note: Learners and instructors who are reviewing articles in the English, Portuguese, Spanish or Turkish versions of our Help Center will be connected with Udemy’s virtual agent, “Alex”, after clicking on “Contact Us”.
Although “Alex” is a virtual agent and is not human, if you need more help, "Alex" can easily guide you through the process of sending an email ticket to Udemy Support.

What to expect after submitting an email ticket

Please note that response times can vary, based on the nature and complexity of the issue. Rest assured, our team is diligently working on your case and will provide you with an update.
Did not receive a confirmation email?
Please make sure to check your email inbox for a confirmation message that your ticket has been received. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or other folders, as our email may have been filtered there. You can find the ticket by searching for "udemy.com" in your inbox.
If you are accessing “Alex,” we recommend using your ticket number at the end of your conversation to search for your inquiry. If you cannot remember your ticket number, you can still find the ticket by searching for "udemy.com."
