Note: A new version of the iOS mobile app was released on September 28, 2015. Please be sure that your iOS app is up to date. The update will resolve many of the mobile enrollment issues for future purchases. Download version 2.9.3.
Please note that this version is only available on iOS 8 and 9. If you are using iOS 7, we recommend using the Udemy site to purchase courses to avoid missing mobile purchases. If you are seeing an error message after purchasing on mobile, please try the following troubleshooting suggestions.
Payment in Progress
The transaction may have been disrupted. Check to see if you still received a receipt from iTunes or Google Play. If you did not receive a receipt, the payment did not go through. Try again on the app, or you can purchase it from the site.
If you did receive a receipt, please contact Support and attach the receipt.
No In App Payment Plan
This is a caching error and must be resolved by Udemy. Contact Support with a screenshot of the course and error message to resolve the issue.
Still Having Trouble?
If you still can't find your course, please contact Support with the following information:
- A copy of the full receipt. We'll need to know the exact title of the course so we can make sure the right one gets delivered to you. We just want to make sure we don't give you a Bootstrap course instead of a Yoga course!
- A screenshot of the error you received. This will let us know what happened. Plus, if you've seen a bunch of courses with similar titles (I'm looking at all the Microsoft Excel courses out there), it will also be helpful to have a screenshot of the course itself as well to avoid confusion.
- Your Udemy account information. Let us know which e-mail address you used to make the purchase on the app. Note: This is NOT the same as your iTunes/Google Play account! This is the email linked to your Udemy account.
