How do I subscribe to notifications regarding Udemy promotions?

I can’t find an email I was expecting to receive after I enrolled or participated in a promotion. What should I do?

If you can’t find an email you’re expected to receive related to a Udemy promotion, we recommend doing the following:

  • Ensure you are looking in the email account that is registered to your Udemy account.
  • Search your email’s spam, junk, or promotions folders for emails from no-reply@e.udemymail.com or udemy@email.udemy.com. Review additional troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve issues receiving Udemy emails.
  • If applicable, review the terms and conditions for the promotion to check the promotion’s deadline date and the eligibility requirements. If a purchase was required, review the terms to make sure your purchase qualifies for the promotion, and double-check to see that you received a confirmation email and that the purchase was successful. I didn’t see any notifications about the promotion until it had already ended. Can I still enroll or participate?
