    I can’t find an email I was expecting to receive after I enrolled or participated in a promotion. What should I do?

    If you can’t find an email you’re expected to receive related to a Udemy promotion, we recommend doing the following:

    I didn’t see any notifications about the promotion until it had already ended. Can I still enroll or participate?

    Unfortunately, once the deadline for enrollment or participation in a promotion concludes, our team is unable to offer an extension. Udemy often runs promotions; however, so be sure to check Udemy.com frequently and ensure you are subscribed to our promotional emails.

    • Exam vouchers are not currently available in all regions and certain restrictions may apply.
    • At this time, exam vouchers are available for purchase on Udemy.com, and not through the Udemy mobile app.

    Udemy’s Exam Vouchers are a streamlined, cost-effective path to professional certifications by providing savings for exam fees directly on our platform. Available for high-demand certifications, these vouchers help learners save on retail prices while complementing Udemy’s comprehensive exam preparation courses.

    How to purchase a voucher

    1. For eligible courses, exam vouchers will be available under the Overview tab, which can be accessed under the course player. Here, you will see the price of the exam voucher, along with the savings you will receive when purchasing on Udemy.com

    2. Depending on your certification exam voucher, you may be directed to a voucher page with additional details. Here, you can purchase an exam voucher with retake assurance (learn more) or just the exam voucher itself. 

    Please note: 

    • Both vouchers and retakes have an expiration date. We recommend reviewing the valid period before purchasing, as vouchers cannot be redeemed after their expiration.

    If you do not see this page, please proceed to the next step.

    3. Your certification may be added to your Shopping cart, where you can continue purchasing other courses or certification exams. When you are ready to purchase, please follow the payment instructions to complete the transaction.

    4. After your payment is processed, you will receive a voucher code. Your purchased voucher and voucher code can also be found under Certifications on your My learning page.

    5. Once you have received your voucher code, you can schedule your exam on the certification’s website. When prompted to pay, please enter your voucher code during the checkout process. 

    To schedule your certification exam, visit the appropriate certification provider's website for detailed instructions.

    Please note: If you need to use your voucher retake assurance, you can follow the same instructions you used to take the original exam.

    Are exam vouchers available in all courses?

    No. Currently, exam vouchers are only available for select certification courses for the certification exams mentioned above.

    What payment methods can be used to purchase an exam voucher?

    Any Udemy accepted payment method available in your country can be used to purchase an exam voucher. 

    Can I use Udemy credits to purchase an exam voucher? 

    Yes, Udemy credits can be used to purchase exam vouchers and will automatically be applied at the time of purchase.

    Please note: Once used, Udemy credits cannot be exchanged or reversed to a different payment method.

    I am having trouble applying my exam voucher.

    If you’re having trouble entering your voucher code, please make sure you’re using the correct exam voucher code provided at the time of purchase. 

    You can click the Copy button next to your exam voucher and paste it into the corresponding field on the certification exam provider’s platform.

    If you are experiencing additional issues with using your exam voucher, please contact your certification exam provider for more assistance.

    I don’t see an exam voucher in my course. 

    Exam vouchers are only offered in select certification courses. If a course offers an exam voucher, the option will appear under the Overview section of your course.

    My exam voucher has expired. Can I get a new one?

    Once an exam voucher has expired, it cannot be extended or used, and its value is forfeited. 

    To avoid any issues, we recommend checking the expiration date before your purchase and scheduling your exam as early as possible 

    For scheduling issues, please contact your certification exam provider.

    Can I use Udemy coupons or discount codes for my exam voucher?

    No. Udemy coupons and discount codes cannot be applied to exam voucher purchases.

    What is retake assurance?

    Retake assurance gives you the option to retake an exam if you do not pass on your first attempt. 

    To use your retake assurance, simply follow the instructions above to reschedule your exam. You can use the same exam voucher code to retake the exam.

    Please note:

    • If you pass the exam on your first try, the retake assurance will no longer apply.
    • Retake Assurance is available for select exams only. For eligible exams, you will be directed to a voucher page with more information.

    Can I purchase retake assurance separately?

    No, retake assurance must be purchased at the time of your original exam voucher purchase. It is not available as a separate purchase after your initial registration is complete.

    Can I get a refund on my exam voucher or retake assurance?

    Exam vouchers and retake assurance are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire as stated at purchase. Please review our Terms of Use for more information. 

    If I pass my exam on the first try, can I get a refund on my retake assurance?

    No, retake assurance is purchased at the same time as the exam voucher. As mentioned above, they are not eligible for a refund.

    What languages are available for the exam?

    What happens if exam vouchers are out of stock? 

    Exam vouchers may become temporarily unavailable due to limited stock. We recommend returning to your course regularly for when additional vouchers will be made available.

    How can I get a refund for the Udemy course I enrolled in via the Juno Journey?

    Refund requests for courses enrolled through the Juno Journey can be submitted by following the instructions in this Help Center article.

    • Please note that eligible refunds can only be processed back to your Juno Voucher and not via Udemy credits.

    This article includes answers to frequently asked questions regarding our partnership with First National Bank (FNB), which allows their customers to enroll in Udemy courses via the eBucks Rewards program!

    What is the eBucks Rewards program and how can I enroll?

    The program is exclusively available to FNB & RMB Private Bank customers who qualify for eBucks Rewards. You can enroll for up to 2 Udemy courses per month, and a total of 6 courses per year, and only pay a R50 activation fee per course. 

    How can I earn VP points through the Udemy partnership?

    After you’ve enrolled in the eBucks Rewards program, please follow the registration steps below to begin earning points through your Udemy experience: 

    1. Login to the FNB/ RMB Private Bank App

    2. Click on eBucks

    3. Click on partners

    4. Select Udemy 

    5. Register and choose a course from the Udemy course catalog; follow the prompts.

    6. Login to your Udemy account at least once a month to earn up to 500 points!

    What if I have a question about the points I’ve earned or the eBucks Rewards program?

    Since Udemy Support does not have access to your eBucks Rewards account, please contact FNB directly with your inquiry.

    I enrolled in a Udemy course via the eBucks app, but I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?

    New to Udemy? If you’re new to Udemy, and were prompted to create a Udemy account in the eBucks app, please check the email address that is registered to your eBucks Rewards account. Your confirmation email, with instructions on how to log in and get started on your Udemy course(s), will have been sent there. 

    • Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.

    Already a Udemy learner? If you already had a Udemy account before enrolling in a course through eBucks, please check the email address that is registered to your Udemy account. Your confirmation email for the course(s) will have been delivered to that email address.

    Still can’t find it? If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, please check your eBucks Rewards account to confirm the enrollment went through. You can resend the confirmation email from your account by following these steps in the eBucks app:

    1. Navigate to your Udemy/eBucks Profile
    2. Next, go to My Courses

    3. Here, you can select the course you want to resend the email for

    4. Tap the Resend Confirmation Email button.

    If you’re still unable to locate your confirmation email after attempting to have it resent, please contact FNB directly.

    I think I used Facebook, Google or Apple to sign up to Udemy, and can’t remember what email address is registered to my Udemy account. How can I locate my confirmation email?

    How can I enroll in the Udemy course I redeemed on the eBucks app?

    Instructions on how to log into Udemy and access your courses will be delivered to you via your confirmation email (please see above).

    How can I get a refund for the Udemy course I redeemed through eBucks?

    Since Udemy Support does not have access to your eBucks Rewards account, you will need to contact FNB directly regarding your refund request.
