This article includes answers to frequently asked questions regarding our partnership with Juno Journey, which starting in October, 2022, allows their customers to enroll in Udemy courses via the Juno Journey platform.
What is the Juno Journey and how can I enroll in Udemy courses?
Juno learners can begin their learning journey by searching through thousands of Udemy courses on the Juno marketplace. After you find a course you’re interested in taking, you will need to issue a voucher, according to your organization's learning budget restrictions.
After receiving confirmation that your Juno Wallet is funded, navigate back to Udemy and complete the checkout process for the course, using your Juno Voucher as the payment method.

- If you’re new to Udemy, you will need to create a Udemy account before you can complete your course enrollment.
- If you are then referred to Udemy Support by Juno, please be sure to inform our team that you're inquiring about a purchase on the Juno platform.
I enrolled in a Udemy course via the Juno Journey Platform, but I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?
New to Udemy? If you’re new to Udemy, and were prompted to create a Udemy account on the Udemy website, please check the email address that is registered to your account. Your confirmation email, with instructions on how to log in and get started on your Udemy course(s), will have been sent there.

Already a Udemy learner? If you already had a Udemy account before enrolling in a course through Juno Journey, please check the email address that is registered to your Udemy account. Your confirmation email for the course(s) will have been delivered to that email address.

Still can’t find it? If you still can’t locate your confirmation email, please check your Juno account to confirm the enrollment went through.
I think I used Facebook, Google or Apple to sign up to Udemy, and can’t remember what email address is registered to my Udemy account. How can I locate my confirmation email?

How can I get a refund for the Udemy course I enrolled in via the Juno Journey?
Refund requests for courses enrolled through the Juno Journey can be submitted by following the instructions in this Help Center article.
- Please note that eligible refunds can only be processed back to your Juno Voucher and not via Udemy credits.
