Juno Journey FAQ

Please note that Udemy’s partnership with Juno Journey concluded on June 30th, 2023.  

If you have any questions about your Juno Voucher balance, or are encountering issues with your Juno Voucher, please reach out to Juno directly via support@the-juno.com. We here at Udemy do not have access to your Juno account’s information. 

Can I still access Udemy courses I enrolled in via the Juno Journey?

Yes. You will continue to have access to any Udemy course you enrolled in via Juno Journey, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Udemy continues to have a license to the course.

How can I get a refund for the Udemy course I enrolled in via the Juno Journey?

Refund requests for courses enrolled through the Juno Journey can be submitted by following the instructions in this Help Center article.

  • Please note that eligible refunds can only be processed back to your Juno Voucher and not via Udemy credits.
