Can I access the Learn AI with Google courses on the Udemy mobile app?

Currently, you can’t purchase a Learn AI with Google subscription through the Udemy mobile app. To subscribe on a web or mobile browser, follow the instructions for signing up for a subscription.

Once you purchase a subscription through a web or mobile browser, you’ll then be able to access and work through your Learn AI with Google courses through the Udemy mobile app.

I have an existing monthly or annual Personal Plan subscription. Can I upgrade this to include the Learn AI with Google plan?

If you have an existing:

Monthly Personal Plan subscription, you can upgrade to a monthly Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google subscription.
Annual Personal Plan subscription, you can upgrade this to an annual Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google subscription.

Please note:

It’s not possible to change from a monthly/annual Personal Plan subscription to a standalone Learn AI with Google subscription.
If you upgrade your subscription during a billing period, the prorated, unused portion of your current subscription will be credited toward the cost of your new plan. You will be charged the cost of your new subscription minus any such credit to your payment method at the time of the change. Learn more.

Can I pause my Learn AI with Google subscription?

No, it’s not possible to pause your subscription. If you cancel the Learn AI with Google subscription, your access to the subscription content, your course progress, and certificate access via the course will be lost once your plan expires. However, your Google AI Pro trial should not be affected by this cancellation.

Will I have lifetime access to Learn AI with Google content?

You will have unlimited access to subscription content as long as you have an active Learn AI with Google subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.

I subscribed to the Personal Plan on the iOS/Android app. How do I upgrade to Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google?

If you originally subscribed to the Personal Plan on the mobile app, it’s not currently possible to upgrade your plan to Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google. If you cancel your Personal Plan subscription, you can sign up for Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google on a web or mobile browser, once your plan has expired.

Can I purchase the Learn AI with Google courses individually at Udemy instead of subscribing?

No. Currently, Learn AI with Google courses are not available for purchase individually, and are only available through the Learn AI with Google and Learn AI with Google + Personal Plan subscription plans.

What languages are the Learn AI with Google courses available in?

Currently, the Learn AI with Google subscription includes courses that are taught in English. These courses also provide auto-generated English subtitles in many languages. For more information on available subtitles, see the course landing page for a specific course.

Earning certificates of completion

How can I earn badges and certificates for Learn AI with Google courses?

For individual courses: For each individual course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion when you successfully complete the course’s graded quiz.

For paths: For learning paths, you’ll receive a certification of completion when you successfully complete the graded quiz for each course in the path. You will also receive a Credly badge, provided you meet the earning criteria. Learn more about the Credly badges and their earning criteria.

How do I access and share my badge from Credly?

After completing a Learn AI with Google certificate path on Udemy, you’ll receive an email notification from Credly informing you that you’ve earned a digital Udemy badge.

To claim your badge, follow the link in the email to access or create your Credly account. From the Credly platform, you can accept your badge, share your achievement on social media, or download and use the badge image on your digital résumé, personal website, email signature, or webpage.

I completed a Learn AI with Google certificate path before Credly badges were available. Will I receive a badge now?

If you previously completed a Learn AI with Google certificate path, you’ll receive an email informing you of your badge availability. Follow the steps above to access your badge.

I’m having issues accessing my badge. What should I do?

For questions regarding Credly’s digital badge issuance or management, badge acceptance/sharing, credential verification, or Credly account access, you can contact Credly support directly or submit a ticket through Credly’s Issuer Help Center.

How do the graded quizzes work?

For each graded quiz, you have 3 attempts per day. The number of attempts remaining will be indicated at the top of the quiz.

To take a quiz:

From your course, access the graded quiz under Course Content.
Click Begin test to start the test.
For each question, you’ll see the allocated time and the time remaining at the top.
Click Next question to work through the quiz and Finish test to complete the quiz.

Once you click Finish test, you’ll see the results page. You must achieve a score of 80% or higher to pass the quiz. Click Retake test to take the quiz again within the limits of your remaining daily attempts.

How do I activate my Google AI Pro trial?

Qualifying learners who purchase a Learn AI with Google subscription will receive an email with a link to access their Google AI Pro trial.

Please note: You should receive the link via email within 2 hours after you purchase your subscription. If you do not receive the link within this timeframe, please contact Udemy Support.

How long is the trial period?

The Learn AI with Google subscription includes a 3-month trial for Google AI Pro. Terms apply.
