Can’t login to Udemy
Is it possible you’ve forgotten your password? Or that you’re entering the wrong email? You can initiate a password reset by following these steps.

Received password reset email I didn’t request
As a means to help ensure the security of accounts, password resets may be initiated by Udemy. The email will explicitly state that Udemy has reset your password as a precautionary measure, and this does not indicate that your account has been compromised. When Udemy initiates a password reset we send a notification from the following email address: no-reply@e.udemymail.com

If you encounter any of the following situations, please follow the steps in the application section below, based on your login method:
- You received an email indicating that your email address has been changed, but you didn’t make this change.
- You were notified that your password has been changed without your consent. (Note: This is different from a Udemy password reset notification.)
- Your account information, such as your name or credit card, has been changed without your knowledge.
- Unrecognized activities, such as direct messages or Q&A comments, have been made from your account.
- You received a 6-digit code for a login attempt you did not initiate.
Please note: We recommend contacting Udemy Support immediately for the following issues:
- You encounter a notification advising you to contact support if you don't recognize the activity.
- If the email address you have registered with Udemy has been changed in your account, and you can’t initiate a password reset.
- You received notifications about purchases you don’t recognize on Udemy.

Password login
If you have logged into Udemy with a password, please immediately request a password reset email by following these steps. If you do not receive the password reset message within an hour, please check your spam folder. Also, please be sure the no-reply@e.udemymail.com email is added to your safe sender list.
- If you do not receive a password reset email, and are unable to set a new password, then please contact Udemy Support.
- If the email address you have registered with Udemy has been changed in your account, and you can’t initiate a password reset, then immediately contact Udemy Support.

- If you have created a password after signing up with social authentication, you can request a password reset to log in to your account.
