    Can I access the Learn AI with Google courses on the Udemy mobile app?

    Currently, you can’t purchase a Learn AI with Google subscription through the Udemy mobile app. To subscribe on a web or mobile browser, follow the instructions for signing up for a subscription. 

    Once you purchase a subscription through a web or mobile browser, you’ll then be able to access and work through your Learn AI with Google courses through the Udemy mobile app. 

    I have an existing monthly or annual Personal Plan subscription. Can I upgrade this to include the Learn AI with Google plan?

    If you have an existing:

    • Monthly Personal Plan subscription, you can upgrade to a monthly Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google subscription. 
    • Annual Personal Plan subscription, you can upgrade this to an annual Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google subscription. 

    You can upgrade through your subscription settings on a web or mobile browser. 

    Please note: 

    • It’s not possible to change from a monthly/annual Personal Plan subscription to a standalone Learn AI with Google subscription. 
    • If you upgrade your subscription during a billing period, the prorated, unused portion of your current subscription will be credited toward the cost of your new plan.     Can I pause my Learn AI with Google subscription?

    No, it’s not possible to pause your subscription. If you cancel the Learn AI with Google subscription, your access to the subscription content, your course progress, and certificate access via the course will be lost once your plan expires. However, your Google AI Pro trial should not be affected by this cancellation. 

    Will I have lifetime access to Learn AI with Google content? 

    You will have unlimited access to subscription content as long as you have an active Learn AI with Google subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.

    I subscribed to the Personal Plan on the iOS/Android app. How do I upgrade to Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google?

    If you originally subscribed to the Personal Plan on the mobile app, it’s not currently possible to upgrade your plan to Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google. If you cancel your Personal Plan subscription, you can sign up for Personal Plan + Learn AI with Google on a web or mobile browser, once your plan has expired. 

    Can I purchase the Learn AI with Google courses individually at Udemy instead of subscribing? 

    No. Currently, Learn AI with Google courses are not available for purchase individually, and are only available through the Learn AI with Google and Learn AI with Google + Personal Plan subscription plans. 

    What languages are the Learn AI with Google courses available in?

    Currently, the Learn AI with Google subscription includes courses that are taught in English. These courses also provide auto-generated subtitles in many languages. For more information on available subtitles, see the course landing page for a specific course. 

    Earning certificates of completion  

    How can I earn badges and certificates for Learn AI with Google courses? 

    For individual courses: For each individual course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion when you successfully complete the course’s graded quiz. 

    For paths: For learning paths, you’ll receive a certification of completion when you successfully complete the graded quiz for each course in the path. You will also receive a Credly badge, provided you meet the earning criteria. Learn more about the Credly badges and their earning criteria.

    How do I access and share my badge from Credly?

    If you previously completed a Learn AI with Google certificate path, you’ll receive an email informing you of your badge availability. Follow the steps above to access your badge. 

    I’m having issues accessing my badge. What should I do?

    How do the graded quizzes work? 

    For each graded quiz, you have 3 attempts per day. The number of attempts remaining will be indicated at the top of the quiz. 

    To take a quiz: 

    1. From your course, access the graded quiz under Course Content.
    2. Click Begin test to start the test.
    3. For each question, you’ll see the allocated time and the time remaining at the top. 
    4. Click Next question to work through the quiz and Finish test to complete the quiz.

    Once you click Finish test, you’ll see the results page. You must achieve a score of 80% or higher to pass the quiz. Click Retake test to take the quiz again within the limits of your remaining daily attempts.

    Google AI Pro Trial

    How do I activate my Google AI Pro trial?

    Qualifying learners who purchase a Learn AI with Google subscription will receive an email with a link to access their Google AI Pro trial.

    On your Subscriptions page: you can quickly enroll in a Udemy subscription by following the steps below.

    1. Navigate to your Subscriptions page (if available in your account) to review the subscription plans you’re eligible to enroll in. The Subscriptions page can be accessed from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page.

    Via the Udemy mobile app

    Depending on your account or region,  you may also have the option to enroll in a subscription via the Udemy mobile app. To enroll in a subscription via the Subscriptions page on the mobile app, follow the steps below: 

    1. On the mobile app, tap Account at the bottom of the screen.

    2. Next, tap Subscriptions in your account settings.

    What is Udemy’s Personal Plan subscription?

    The Personal Plan subscription allows learners to learn what they need, when they need it, by providing access to thousands of highly rated courses in hundreds of course topics! When determining the collection’s courses, our team evaluates a number of criteria, some of which include the course rating, instructor performance, and topic relevance.

    What’s the difference between a Personal Plan subscription and purchasing a Udemy Marketplace course? 

    • Personal Plan: A monthly or annual subscription with access to thousands of courses in hundreds of course topics. You will have unlimited access to the subscription’s content as long as you are subscribed to Personal Plan.
    • Udemy course: By purchasing a Udemy marketplace course, you obtain lifetime access to that course alone after enrolling in it.

    Why do I see an option to get my course for free with a Personal Plan subscription?

    When viewing certain course landing pages, you may see that a paid course is offered for free with the purchase of a Personal Plan subscription.

    After finding an eligible course that is included in the offer, please follow the instructions below:

    Please note: To redeem the free course, you must navigate to the Personal Plan checkout directly from the course landing page of the eligible course. This is the only way to access the offer.

    1. Click Get Started.

    2. You will be navigated to the Personal Plan checkout page to complete your subscription enrollment.

    3. As noted above, after completing your enrollment, you will receive access to the single course you selected in your My Library and the entire Personal Plan catalog.

    Please note:  

    • Your subscription will grant access to the full Personal Plan catalog, along with that single course. You will not gain access to all other courses with this offer listed on their course landing page.
    • This offer is only available to learners who are not currently subscribed to Personal Plan.

    Why can’t I see the option to enroll in the Personal Plan subscription?

    Why can I only see the monthly Personal Plan subscription option?

    At this time, the annual Personal Plan subscription option is not available to all learners. But, as noted above, our team hopes to make our subscription options available to more learners moving forward.

    Can I pause my Personal Plan subscription?

    No. Once your Personal Plan subscription is canceled, the course progress and certificate access via the course will be lost upon cancellation.

    Is Personal Plan available on the Udemy mobile app?

    Depending on your account or region,  you may have the option to enroll in a subscription via the Udemy mobile app. 

    Regardless of whether you enroll in the subscription at Udemy.com or the mobile app, however, you can access all the courses for Personal Plan via a desktop, laptop, mobile browser, or Udemy’s mobile app.

    While not all Udemy courses are included in a Personal Plan subscription, there are thousands of courses available in hundreds of course topics! 

    How do I check if a course is in the Personal Plan subscription?

    We recommend checking under the course image on the course landing page to confirm whether the course you’re interested in is included.

    • If you are not yet subscribed, courses labeled “Start subscription” on the course landing page indicate the course is included. 
    • If you are already subscribed and you're logged into your Udemy account, "Enroll now” on the course landing page indicates the course is included in the subscription.

    Can I request to have a course added to the Personal Plan subscription?

    No. As noted above, when determining the collection’s courses, our team evaluates a number of criteria, some of which include the course rating, instructor performance, and topic relevance. Although courses cannot be added to the collection by request at this time, you can purchase the course separately on Udemy and receive lifetime access to it.

    Subscription information

    What languages are the courses taught in?

    Currently, the Personal Plan subscription includes courses that are taught in English, and depending on your location, a localized, course collection may be available. We hope to add more courses that are instructed in other languages moving forward. 

    English auto-generated subtitles have been added to all non-language learning courses, and many of the collection’s courses offer subtitles in additional languages.

    Will I have full lifetime access to subscription content? 

    You will have unlimited access to subscription content as long as you have an active Personal Plan subscription.  If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on your Subscriptions page.

    Will I still have access to courses I enrolled in before subscribing to Personal Plan?

    Subscribing to Personal Plan does not affect your access to courses that you've previously purchased or enrolled in. You will continue to have lifetime access to all courses you enrolled in before subscribing, provided that your account is in good standing and Udemy has a license to that course.

    Certificates of completion on Personal Plan

    Will I receive a certificate of completion after finishing courses in my Personal Plan?

    Yes. You will receive a certificate of completion after finishing courses you’ve taken via the Personal Plan subscription.

    If I cancel my subscription or let it expire, and then resubscribe later, will I lose my course progress and access to my certificates of completion?

    Yes. The course progress and certificate access for the courses will be lost if the subscription expires or is canceled.

    Which courses are available to me when enrolled on Personal Plan?

    After subscribing to the Personal Plan, you'll gain access to the subscription’s collection of courses. To begin a course, click on View Course.

    Why can’t I find a course in my Personal Plan?

    Please note that not all Udemy courses are included in the Personal Plan subscription.

    If there is a specific course you are interested in that is not available under your current subscription, you can purchase the course separately and receive lifetime access to it.

    How do I find courses outside of my Personal Plan subscription?

    To view courses outside of the Personal Plan, scroll to the bottom of any search results page or course category page. Then, click on Search outside your subscription at the bottom of the page.

    Here, you will be able to purchase individual courses not available through the Personal Plan subscription.

    To return to your course subscription, click on Go back to the Personal Plan collection, available at the top of your course search features. 

    As a Personal Plan subscriber, can I gift a course in the collection?

    No. The gifting feature is not available to Personal Plan subscribers, for courses that are included in the Personal Plan subscription. You can, however, gift other courses that are not included in the Personal Plan collection.
